We sell each newsletter individually OR as a package of 2 or 3. We sell in 3 month blocks (although other options are available). We have 3 different size options for ads with the smaller ones costing least and so on...

~ 250x250: 3 months, any 1 of the 3 newsletters is $200. ALL THREE - $450
~ 700x100: 3 months, any 1 of the 3 newsletters is $225. ALL THREE - $500

Yes, but additional fees would apply. You'll need to supply all artwork to get the posted rates and specials. Costs on graphic design are not too bad. Most run about $100 total for one ad.
